They have period flow absorbency right up to the back waistband, which is great for floor work. 

Dance Diva Ultra are high-cut and have a slightly cheekier cut across the bottom but are thicker than our other dance underwear styles so please keep this in mind as may be visible (underwear outline) under some costumes and active wear, due to the thickness making these the best choice for heavy flows, lots of floor work or all-day rehearsals. 

We recommend our Original Dance Diva if you want the added protection of Anti-leak and ultra-thin styling which makes them undetectable under tight-fitting costumes.
