As a general rule, please choose the same size for our period undies and period swimwear as your child's regular underwear size.
Our period underwear is designed here using Australian Child/Youth underwear guidelines. It's important to note that child sizing, also crosses over into women's sizing at our 12/14, so we have also shown this on our sizing charts (on each individual product page) to assist.
We also understand purchasing online can make judging sizing difficult and everyone has a different body shape (literally hundreds of waist & hip combinations) so we have created guides on each product page to help you choose the best fit for each product, or feel free to email our helpful team at theteam@knicked.com.au with waist & hip measurements so we can assist further.
To measure against existing underwear: use the flat lay measurement (side seam to side seam on the waistband) to compare with their current underwear.
Don't panic if you do find you've ordered the wrong size, KNICKED will happily exchange sizing and also cover the postal costs to reship (once per order) as long as underwear has been tried on over clean underwear and returned in AS NEW condition (not washed/worn free of lint/hair/marks), and packaging in original condition.

Nice period undies our daughter is saying they are cool and she is enjoying wearing them she likes the extra absorbentse and how they have extra coverage to the waist line at the back has taken her angisity at having to sit during her school hours all in all they are just the perfect period nickers she we are so very happy with them we so need at least another two pairs we have given them five stars
I hope Knicked becomes widely known as my daughter finds her Knicked undies the most comfortable and absorbent we have tried - never had a issue or leak even after a year of use, they still even look brand new - best product on the market.

These have been the best period underwear for my teen and we sadly have tried so many. No leaks, coverage up to the back waistband and so comfy my daughter has asked for more as she’d prefer these even on non period days
Hands down one of the best purchases I have ever made for my daughter (and believe me, I’ve made plenty!). She’s been suffering with pads for the last four years. She was not comfortable try cups or tampons so I had to find her an alternative. There are so many options of period undies online nowadays, it took me some research, and I am so glad I chose Knicked. No more leakages, it holds more than most period undies I found online, quality is exceptional, fabric of the active stretch is so soft and breathable, easy to clean, the fit is great for teens (my daughter is petite and there’s no trouble with the fit around the thighs), sizing guide online is so easy to follow, customer service is prompt and informative. Have light and heavy flow, as well as swim wear. On busy days when she’s got a heavy period day she starts with a pad plus undies, then whips pad out and just uses undies. Only cos we have not had the time this holidays to test the full capacity. But we have had no leaks, no smell just great fun days out. Super easy to wash and reuse too.
If only I could just get something as awesome as these for the cramps and hormones!

These briefs are wonderful. They are soft, comfortable and there's comfort in knowing they are fine over a school day. My autistic child found them great and she particularly picky. These made all the difference in making a new and somewhat daunting life transition, into one a much easier one. So glad to have bought them ahead of time!
