Under Australian Guidelines, personal intimate hygiene products are unable to be returned or exchanged but Knicked understands sizing charts are just a guide and we are all unique.
KNICKED will exchange sizing/style, provided all items have only been tried on over clean underwear and not washed/worn and are in AS NEW condition, free from lint/hair/stains etc with tags attached (where applicable). Please submit the below form within 14 days of receiving your items - when approved items MUST be returned to us within 30 days of purchase. **See below for sale conditions exchanges.

Step 2:Complete the sections and submit the online form. Once reviewed you will receive an email to let you know it's been Approved and can return the item(s) - if you have ticked URGENT you will receive information on how to proceeded without having to wait for your return to be received.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
We typically process returns within 3 days of receiving the item(s) back. Knicked will cover ONE WAY shipping costs** (once per order). In the event we have sold out of your size, a store credit in the form of a Gift Card will be issued.

** Purchasing in sale events or from overseas: Knicked will not offer free shipping on exchanges for items purchased under sale conditions. Any item(s) need to be posted back in AS NEW condition and once received/inspected a GIFTCARD will be emailed in the purchased amount to use to repurchase new sizing/style.

REFUND POLICY:
We DO NOT offer refunds on any sanitary products due to selection error or change of mind except unless under the 40-day Try It & See (which allows first-time customers to try ONE pair of underwear only (excludes swimwear and other products) for 40 days and if not happy for any reason request a full refund for that pair (excluding shipping costs).
This is because we cannot resell sanitary products that have been handled by customers in any way. Knicked Pty Ltd upholds strict hygiene standards and complies with the Australian Government Department of Health: Therapeutic Goods Administration standards.
We want every Knicked customer to be satisfied with their purchase. Therefore, we provide as much information to customers as possible before they make a purchase, including product function, composition information, and a size chart. This way, customers can purchase the correct products for their needs. We believe that the comprehensive product information we provide mitigates the risk of selection error or change of mind.
