How Does Knicked Swim Work?

Under Australian Guidelines, intimate hygiene products are unable to be returned or exchanged but Knicked understands sizing charts are just a guide and we are all unique.

 

KNICKED will offer one exchange per order for sizing or style, provided an exchange form has been submitted within 14 days of receiving your item(s) and all items have only been tried on over clean underwear and not washed/worn and are in AS NEW condition (free from lint/hair/stains with tags attached - where applicable) to meet our high standard for donation to one of our supported charities.  All returns MUST also be returned with 30 days of an APPROVED exchange.  We always recommend having tracking when returning items as Knicked is not responsible for lost in transit item and with tracking Aust Post will also send you a notification that our PO Box has received your item.

HOW TO EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM(S)

Step 2:Complete the sections and submit the online form.  Once reviewed you will receive an email to let you know it's been Approved and can return the item(s) - if you have ticked URGENT you will receive information on how to proceeded without having to wait for your return to be received. 

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

We typically process returns within 1-3 days of receiving the item(s) back. Knicked will cover ONE WAY shipping costs** (once per order).  In the event we have sold out of your size, a store credit in the form of a Gift Card will be issued.

** Purchases made during sale events including clearance/discontinued items or if you reside outside Australia (overseas purchase) are NOT ELIGIBLE  for an exchange as per our T&Cs, to assist we ALLOW every customer to return any unused garment(s) at their own cost and if it meets the guidelines of AS NEW condition, a giftcard for the purchased price will be emailed to use anytime in the next 5yrs which can be used to repurchase a different size or style. 

 

If you received an incorrect item or an item was missing from your order,please email us immediately at info@knicked.com.au with the wording INCORRECT ITEM  in the subject line so we can investigate and rectify this immediately.

REFUND POLICY:

We DO NOT offer refunds on any sanitary products due to selection error or change of mind except unless under the 40-day Try It & See (which allows first-time customers to try ONE pair of underwear only (excludes swimwear and other products) for 40 days and if not happy for any reason request a full refund for that pair (excluding shipping costs).

This is due to the strict hygiene standards as set out by Australian Government Department of Health: :Therapeutic Goods Administration standards of practise" meaning any product once it's left our warehouse is considered "used". 

We strive to provide detailed product information, including function, materials, and size charts to ensure customers can choose items that meet their needs. We believe this comprehensive information to clearly describe the product before purchase, any error in  selection and/or change-of-mind returns to be mitigated by the information supplied.
