Exchange Policy

Under Australian Guidelines, personal intimate hygiene products are unable to be returned or exchanged but Knicked understands sizing charts are just a guide and we are all unique.

KNICKED will exchange sizing, provided underwear has only been tried on over clean underwear and not washed or worn.  Please submit the below form ASAP, all items MUST be returned to us within 30 days of purchase.

When your exchange/return has been APPROVED you may return the item(s) to:

We typically process returns same or next working day of receiving the item(s) back. Knicked will cover the return shipping costs (once per order) of the new items or in the unlikely event we have sold out of your size, provide you options including store credit in the form of a Gift Card. 

* Gift Cards have no expiry date and will cover the total purchase price of the
   returned items allowing you to repurchase once in stock.
