Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that cancellations or amendments can be made. Our warehouse processes orders throughout the day, so your order may move into fulfilment shortly after checkout.
If you need to cancel or amend your order, please contact theteam@knicked.com.au as soon as possible with your order number and CHANGE OF ORDER in the subject line.
We'll do our best to catch your order before it enters the packing process, but we cannot guarantee that we're able to make changes once an order has been placed.
