As a general rule, please choose the same size for our period undies and period swimwear as your child's regular underwear size.
Our period underwear is designed here using Australian Child/Youth underwear guidelines. It's important to note that child sizing, also crosses over into women's sizing at our 12/14, so we have also shown this on our sizing charts (on each individual product page) to assist.
We also understand purchasing online can make judging sizing difficult and everyone has a different body shape (literally hundreds of waist & hip combinations) so we have created guides on each product page to help you choose the best fit for each product, or feel free to email our helpful team at theteam@knicked.com.au with waist & hip measurements so we can assist further.
To measure against existing underwear: use the flat lay measurement (side seam to side seam on the waistband) to compare with their current underwear.
Don't panic if you do find you've ordered the wrong size, KNICKED will happily exchange sizing and also cover the postal costs to reship (once per order) as long as underwear has been tried on over clean underwear and returned in AS NEW condition (not washed/worn free of lint/hair/marks), and packaging in original condition.

My daughter does ballet and is new to having her period, these period underwear are perfect for under her high cut leotards. We live in the US and my daughter is 12 and ordered the 8/10 which were a perfect fit.
As 25 y/o - I ordered size teen 12/14 (adult 6-8) of the dance high cut style. I’m normally an adult 8-10 and they fit perfectly. So comfy love the high leg and thin waist band. Will be getting more.

These are amazing. They are the first period underwear I've found that are high enough not to show under costumes and leotards. If you are American, the sizing is a little confusing. The Child 8/10 is probably equivalent to a USA women's size 0/2. The Child 10/12 is a USA women's size 4/6. I did not purchase the Teen/Adult sizes, but I would imagine they are closer to a USA size 8 and 10 or 12..

Purchased for my 11 yr old daughter, these are perfect for her dance classes.
My 13 year old daughter dances 10 hours a week and doesn’t want to use tampons so started using dance diva undies. She loves the cut on them so much that she now wears them for dancing even when she doesn’t have her period. They leave her feeling confident about any unexpected visitors when you’re doing the splits or a leg mount
These dance diva knickers were the best purchase for my teenager dancer. She loves them.
These are really great. My daughter is a level 7 gymnast and these are perfect for training and competition. The high cut means no undies peeping out under comp leotard. Excellent product.

Perfect under dance leotards. My daughter has not had any issues so far and they are quite invisible under her ballet uniform. Initially she was determined to stay home from dance (yes, she is a little dramatic ;-) , but then we found Dance Divas! She is a happy dancer now. :-)

Product is great and delivers as expected. Only disappointment. I bought during a promotional period where buy 3 and receive a drawstring bag. No code to be entered. Order arrived without the bag. :(

I'd already bought the beige Divas for my daughter and we jumped at the chance to buy them in black when they came in. Divas fit perfectly under her dance leotards, neither colour can be seen under her black leotard, but she feels more comfortable with the black. They stay put and don't creep up (or across) and have allowed her to feel so comfortable that she no longer chooses to not do some moves when she has her period. She knows she's securely covered! One day a week, she dances for three hours straight, and she's had no problems with leakage, which keeps my girl supremely confident while dancing now. Thanks Knicked!!
My daughter already had the beige Dance Diva’s which gives her total protection under her leotards, we now have the black dance ones which look even better quality (if possible) and while we aren’t dancing atm loves these under leggings & jeans as just so comfortable.
