How To Use:
1. Charge for 40 mins
2. Attach the pads to the TENS Machine
3. Remove the plastic backing from the pads (store for later)
4. Apply to clean, dry skin where pain is prevalent (usually lower abdomen or back)
5. Turn on and pick a program and intensity
Care Tips: When done, clean, reapply the plastic backing, and store in the hard case. If stickiness reduces, wash pads with cold soapy water and air dry. Each set of pads gets approximately 25-30 uses. Additional replacement pads can be purchased separately.
