As a general rule, please choose the same size for our period undies and period swimwear as your child's regular underwear size.
Our period underwear is designed here using Australian Child/Youth underwear guidelines. It's important to note that child sizing, also crosses over into women's sizing at our 12/14, so we have also shown this on our sizing charts (on each individual product page) to assist.
We also understand purchasing online can make judging sizing difficult and everyone has a different body shape (literally hundreds of waist & hip combinations) so we have created guides on each product page to help you choose the best fit for each product, or feel free to email our helpful team at theteam@knicked.com.au with waist & hip measurements so we can assist further.
To measure against existing underwear: use the flat lay measurement (side seam to side seam on the waistband) to compare with their current underwear.
Don't panic if you do find you've ordered the wrong size, KNICKED will happily exchange sizing and also cover the postal costs to reship (once per order) as long as underwear has been tried on over clean underwear and returned in AS NEW condition (not washed/worn free of lint/hair/marks), and packaging in original condition.

Brilliant product! I started purchasing these period underwear for my daughter 4 years ago, they are still in great condition! We are only purchasing again to go up a size. Reliable, comfortable and easy to wash. A great deal too on the bundle ;-)
This is my second time buying period underwear, only ordered from Knicked this time as my daughter likes them the best, as they are the most comfortable. They also dry the quickest and are less bulky yet the most absorbent on heavy days. They’re a really good design and fit.

These products are amazing. I buy these for my daughter, they work so well. My daughter is autistic and doesn’t always like certain fabrics against her skin but the knickered period undies are never a problem. We have also found them great value for money. I bought the last lot 3 years ago! They were still absorbent !

These are my daughter's and niece's favorite period undies. They say that the padding is super thin, even for the Heavy Absorbency, what makes them totally invisible under the bike shorts. They are also very absorbent, one pair last them the whole day.
We are so happy with our Knicked underwear, the special touch of nice packaging and a personal gift made it even better.

From the first day my 13 year old daughter used her first pair of knicked period undies she was thrilled!!! She specifically said she couldn’t even notice she had her period, and she felt safe at school that she wouldn’t have any leakage… fantastic product, will be ordering more.
I had purchased a couple of pairs period undies from the supermarket to pop in the cupboard in readiness for when the time arrived for my daughter. When it actually arrived (2 years later), I quickly realised we needed more so I jumped online and came across Knicked - what an absolute game changer for my daughter - she absolutely loves them and rates them much higher than the supermarket ones I had purchased as back up and they have taken away all her anxiety - especially at school and sleepovers. My daughter loves the period briefs. I have purchased all types for her as she is very active needs a variety to choose from. She says they are more comfortable than wearing pads and she feels safer in them.

My daughter has found these to be very comfortable, they don’t ‘crinkle’ and they feel just like normal undies. Because they are black, she could hardly tell there was any blood.
