As a general rule, please choose the same size for our period undies and period swimwear as your child's regular underwear size.
Our period underwear is designed here using Australian Child/Youth underwear guidelines. It's important to note that child sizing, also crosses over into women's sizing at our 12/14, so we have also shown this on our sizing charts (on each individual product page) to assist.
We also understand purchasing online can make judging sizing difficult and everyone has a different body shape (literally hundreds of waist & hip combinations) so we have created guides on each product page to help you choose the best fit for each product, or feel free to email our helpful team at theteam@knicked.com.au with waist & hip measurements so we can assist further.
To measure against existing underwear: use the flat lay measurement (side seam to side seam on the waistband) to compare with their current underwear.
Don't panic if you do find you've ordered the wrong size, KNICKED will happily exchange sizing and also cover the postal costs to reship (once per order) as long as underwear has been tried on over clean underwear and returned in AS NEW condition (not washed/worn free of lint/hair/marks), and packaging in original condition.

I received my Knicked underwear and tried them straight away, I now stand by the washing machine waiting for them. ( I have 2 x pairs)
Unlike most girls that wear them for discreet purposes, I am in my last stages of pregnancy. These have become my everyday underwear. I feel comfortable, confident and “ safe”.
They are discreet, odour free and most of all so comfortable around the bottom of my baby bump. Highly recommend them for any mum to be !!
They also don’t leave any visible undie line.

My order arrived the day before an eisteddfod my daughter has a white tutu they were absolutely perfect.
After trying other major brands, we found Knicked via another mum and WOW what a difference, my daughter was nearly put off period underwear but Knicked heavy absorbency stretch are the most "comfy undies eva" (according to miss 12) so was super excited when the dance ones were released.. They are once again a perfect fit, made to a high quality (not found in other brands) and are invisible under my daughters leo.. Couldn't wait to write a review for these - they do everything and more, my fulltime dancer has worn Knicked Diva's for years but lately has found her flow is so much heavier then previous years so thought we add a couple pairs of these tnew ones to our order WELL they are brilliant for so many reasons, still really high cut but the anti camel toe is brilliant for smoothing everything down there plus reckon they would last for 24hrs not just a day and sizing is so easy now - thank you for always creating the best underwear for dancers.
Discreet and fits under leotards.
My dancer has very heavy cycles (and clots) so found long dance days HARD was recommend Knicked Dance Diva by her studios and saw this new product for heavier flow and so far these have been a life saver. High cut on the side and only slightly thicker than her normal dance ones BUT you can't see it and does smooth things down there. Have just ordered 5 more pairs - thank you for looking after the heavier flow dancers

The shipping was very quick — we placed our order on Wednesday and it arrived by Friday. My daughter was able to wear them at her competition the very next day. The cut was exactly what we were looking for and worked perfectly under her costumes. She absolutely loves them, as they didn’t cause the uncomfortable wedgies she’s experienced with other dance undies.
I bought two pairs, just in case one wouldn’t last her the whole day, but they held up really well from start to finish. The only thing I wish were slightly different is the color — it would be even better if it was a bit more beige to better match her skin tone. Highly recomended.
Seriously can't see them under leotards, my daughters love Knicked underwear (only brand they will wear) so thought we would get a pair of the dance for my eldest and her words "they are so soft and you actually can't see them" she wore them on day 2 for a 3hr dance workshop with no leaks and no one being the wiser

Have re-ordered these multiple times for my daughter so now she has enough that I don't need to panic about making sure they are washed and dried on time for back to back long dance days. Perfect solution for under leo's and costumes. I don't dance but have also bought some for myself as they are more discreet than other period wear under some types of clothes due to the beige color & flat/non bulky seems. :-)
My daughter is a high level gymnast and loves the cut of these under her leos and also loves that they’re not bulky. However,, a version of this cut with elastic so they don’t slide down during tumbling would be great! She has to wear regular underwear over these to hold them up.

With 2 girls who dance these underwear are a game changer.
These solved the dilemma for my daughter about what to do when she had her period but also had a dance performance. She isn't ready to use anything else but period underwear or pads if she has to and was worried about what to wear under costumes with a higher cut. So important to provide these items so girls know they don't have to give up anything just because of a period!!!
The best for dance
My daughter uses these for dancing - AMAZING, super absorbent, they never leak and so slim you can't even see them under her leotards or leggings at dance. These go the distance every time and she has multiple dance lessons in a row for approx 3 hours. Never leaked once and my daughter LOVES them.

My daughter has tried these out for dancing - WOW, super absorbent, no leaks and you can't even tell that she has them on under her leotards or leggings at dance. These go the distance and a great investment. The traces of natural charcoal mentioned come out in the wash.
After seeing a Facebook ad, I bought my daughter a few pairs of these undies to try under her dance leos. She isn't yet comfortable with tampons (12 years old), and pads with her Leo just don't work well. She said these worked very well under her dance leos, and like them better than any other options we have tried so far! I'm so glad I found this company.

Very thin & discreet. My daughter loves these for under leotards & costumes when that time of the month makes it necessary. ;-) I don't dance but, I also wear these because the color and slim design are very practical in general.
Purchasing 5 pairs in two different styles, I had made a mistake and ordered the wrong pairs for stage wear (buyers please read description to ensure correct ordering) and the company was amazing to deal with, incredibly understanding and prompt to respond to my many questions. In the end it was completely my mistake but just an amazing company and so easy to deal with and I will purchase again.
