As a general rule, please choose the same size for our period undies and period swimwear as your child's regular underwear size.
Our period underwear is designed here using Australian Child/Youth underwear guidelines. It's important to note that child sizing, also crosses over into women's sizing at our 12/14, so we have also shown this on our sizing charts (on each individual product page) to assist.
We also understand purchasing online can make judging sizing difficult and everyone has a different body shape (literally hundreds of waist & hip combinations) so we have created guides on each product page to help you choose the best fit for each product, or feel free to email our helpful team at theteam@knicked.com.au with waist & hip measurements so we can assist further.
To measure against existing underwear: use the flat lay measurement (side seam to side seam on the waistband) to compare with their current underwear.
Don't panic if you do find you've ordered the wrong size, KNICKED will happily exchange sizing and also cover the postal costs to reship (once per order) as long as underwear has been tried on over clean underwear and returned in AS NEW condition (not washed/worn free of lint/hair/marks), and packaging in original condition.

My daughter suffers from incontinent and is required to wear these types of products to protect her modesty when she leaks.

Hello I just wanted to take a moment to say how much I appreciate your quick posting and your good products that make my daughter’s period journey peaceful and supported. You are actually making a world of positive difference in her wellbeing -and also for so many others i am sure.
I got these for my daughter for when she gets her first period, but apart from prewashing, they haven’t been used yet. I got the size adult 6-8 and although they looked really big they actually did fit and were comfortable when she tried them on. I also got the very cute black cat wash bag and the wet bag.
Great fit and the absorbency is great. Love how they are a bit wider between the legs so that as you move, you don’t feel unprotected. The absorbent piece going right up the back is an absolute winner.
We love these period underwear. My daughter feels safe and comfortable when she wears them. Never had a leak, even in the night. Highly recommend.

These undies are perfect. I was instantly impressed at the quality from the moment I opened the post bag, they look and feel amazing. So soft to touch. Super comfy to wear. And do thier job wonderfully. I also love how the absorbing panel goes all the way up to the band at the back, as many others don't. Extra feeling of protection from leaks, especially overnight.

My nearly 11 year old daughter just had her second period, these have been great and unlike some of the other brands I have bought, the Knicked protection goes from the very top at the back through to half way at the front, whereas the other brands only go halfway up the back and it was there whilst sleeping that there was leakage. The Knicked are great and I have just purchased their sleep shorts just for that reason.
These are great. Comfortable, absorbent, no odour, easy clean and no endless pads. Daughter is happy.

My daughter has been getting periods for a few months now. She’s 14 but a very very slim build. She’s been able to get away with the Knicked pre-period pants until now. She’s just had her first heavy couple of days and was really stressed. I only had a couple of pairs of the Knicked heavy in her size and she was immediately much happier and they lasted all day but because I didn’t have enough had to get some from our local store in an emergency situation as I couldn’t get them dry in our rainy weather. Every single other brand leaked within a few hours and caused her quite a bit of anxiety. She has now said she will only wear these so I’m just having to wash straight away and hope they dry by the time she needs them. Time to get some more before next time.
These undies have been a huge success. My daughter has found them comfortable and best of all... no leakages. Yay! They last all day with no stress, helping her feel and stay fresh. It only took my daughter wearing the underwear ONCE before she was beaming that she would never have to worry about leaks at school again. After watching her struggle with repeated leaks and overflow accidents it was so nice that she would never have to stress about checking her chair every time she stood up.
