Knicked Tween & Teen Period Underwear Size Guide

Please see each product page, for individual sizing.

As a general rule, please choose the same size for our period undies and period swimwear as your child's regular underwear size.

Our period underwear is designed here using Australian Child/Youth underwear guidelines. It's important to note that child sizing, also crosses over into women's sizing at our 12/14, so we have also shown this on our sizing charts (on each individual product page) to assist.

We also understand purchasing online can make judging sizing difficult and everyone has a different body shape (literally hundreds of waist & hip combinations) so we have created guides on each product page to help you choose the best fit for each product, or feel free to email our helpful team at theteam@knicked.com.au with waist & hip measurements so we can assist further.

To measure against existing underwear: use the flat lay measurement (side seam to side seam on the waistband) to compare with their current underwear.

Don't panic if you do find you've ordered the wrong size, KNICKED will happily exchange sizing and also cover the postal costs to reship (once per order) as long as underwear has been tried on over clean underwear and returned in AS NEW condition (not washed/worn free of lint/hair/marks), and packaging in original condition.

Total Game Changer

I purchased this for my Daughter who suffers terribly with cramps during her period as well as when she’s ovulating.
I can’t believe the difference this has made for her.
It relieves both these issues fabulously as well as cramping due to her IBS.
She takes it to work and uses it there too as she needs to.
Thank you for providing a product that is unobtrusive but works like a charm.
My Granddaughter suffers with her period so I’m aiming to purchase her one next.

No more pain meds, this machine is a game-changer!

My niece has suffered from horrendous heavy periods, chronic period pain, and was using medicated pain killers for far too many days every month, which had us all worried about long-term side effects etc. After trying EVERYTHING, we stumbled across the MiniTENS from Knicked, and it's like a miracle! She wears it across her lower back for days on end, through the day show she starts from low level up to nearly the highest when her pain would ordinarily have made her reach for the pills, but she can now go days without any medication. It's just incredible. Can't recommend this machine highly enough. THANK YOU 🙏

This is fantastic

My daughter often gets really bad stomach and back pain when she has her period. This MiniTENS Machine is AMAZING. It helps to relieve pain almost straight instantly with no need for pain medication.

My tween approves!

I was fortunate to win one of these mini tens machines in a recent Knicked competition. Today, I had to pick my 11-year old from school, as she was unable to manage through the cramps/pain. When we arrived home, we popped on the Tens (level 5) and that seemed to do the trick. No pain meds required. Wish these things existed when I was a teen!

This has helped my daughter to reduce the use of Neurophen

Fantastic, my daughter previously struggled with periods pain each month, take a lot of pain killers. With the mini-TENS device she hasn’t needed neurophen whilst on her period.
